Reservations

In order to validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:

Full name
Identity number or passport number
CPF
Telephone
Email
Arrival time
Departure time from the property
Names and documents of all guests (if any);

Payment methods, reservations, rent and deposit
To book one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The rest of the rent will be charged before entering the property, within 1 business day before arrival.

If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the rented property is no longer available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check-in time: from 2 pm.
Check-out time: until 11 am.
Reservation cancellation and changes

In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount of the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to the reservation dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from ESCALA.

ESCALA has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, in case one of the following cases occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/ or violation of condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, domestic animals without our permission, non-payment of rent in full.

If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, ESCALA assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or resulting inconveniences. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund or deduction from the rent payment.

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property rented as well as for any item belonging to the condominium. The same is applicable for other residents and visitors. The client and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply with condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally, they may also lead to a premature termination of the lease without any reimbursement.

Visitors
There are condominiums that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected, so that we can provide you with a more suitable property.

Some reservations do not include electricity/water/gas consumption, if necessary check your rental agreement. In case of energy charges, the customer must pay the bills equivalent to the period of their stay at the time of check-out or, if the rent exceeds 30 days, after each month.
